Nov-12 Lewis Snell Lewis impressed from his first game in the 4th team this season scoring 52 n.o. on his debut.
Sep-12 Tom Mann Tom Impressed over the season quickly moving from opening for the 4th team to opening for the 3rds and scoring 53 against Mountnessing in his first season in division 7.
Jul-12 Robert Acheson Roberts progress in the under 13 team this season has been so impressive that he has been encouraged to play in the adult leagues. Roberts 1st match saw him step up to the challenge scoring 23 runs.
May-12 Poppy Timson Poppy has progressed over the last 12 months and has been selected to play for the Essex U15 girls team. Poppy has become a key member of the clubs new ladies team and has helped train ladies new to the sport in all aspects of the game.
Mar-12 Luke Syms Over the last 2 years Luke has helped with the coaching of the under 9 - 11 age group on Friday evening which has been a great help to both the team manager and the children.
Jan-12 Ellis Crispin Reason for award: Ellis has worked really hard over the winter to improve his bowling and batting for the current season. This has resulted in him opening the bowling for the 4th team taking 7 wickets in 3 games.
Nov-11 Michael Clark Made Huge Progress As A Player In His First Full Season Of Playing Cricket. Reached Adult Second Team Level By Summer 2011

Q4 2007  Jake Kavanagh Jake has made tremendous strides in his cricket over the past couple of years.   Having achieved his first 50 2 years ago he has progressed to Adult cricket being a very useful contributor with both bat and gloves.  His dedication to technique has been top class.  Jake was a winner of one of our Jack Petchey Coaching Awards.  He is fully deserving of a High Achiever Award which reflects his great progress both in cricketing and social terms.
Q3 2007  Nick Smith Nick is another product of Bentley Youth Cricket having started playing at the age of 8.  Nick has never “given up”.  He did not find the game easy at first yet really stuck at it to achieve real success in his teenage years.  This award is a reflection of this dedication which he has learnt can bring such rewards
Q2 2007  Andrew Pagett Whatever you do, don’t umpire when Andrew is bowling  -  his appeals are now world famous!  But this is just part of his absolute enthusiasm and commitment to the efforts of his team.  The concept “Team” matters to Andrew and as a result he is a highly respected team member who enjoys the “banter” of the group.  His bowling was a major factor in the success of our U13 A side in 2007 and he has often volunteered to assist coaches at Cricket Fun Days and other events.  Congratulations on this award.
Q1 2007  Richard Smith Richard is a batsman of huge potential.  Technically he is one of the best players in the club.  Yet his modesty means many may not know of his capabilities.  We fully expect Richard to move on up the adult sides in 2008.   He is also available to help others and is both a popular and highly respected young cricketer fully deserving of this award.
Q4 2006 Elissa Penketh Elissa was the first female cricketer to achieve a place in the Bentley Adult league Side.  This is an amazing achievement and her hard work and enthusiasm is a pleasure to behold.  She is without doubt a High Achiever.
Q3 2006 Oliver Gordon Oliver has played for Bentley since the age of 8.  He has progressed through the youth sides giving wholehearted commitment. He has proved an invaluable volunteer at colts sessions.  He has in recent years scored steadily for 3rd and 2nd teams.  This award is for his hard work and commitment to the life of Bentley CC.

Q1 2006 Rebecca Reid Rebecca’s love of cricket is evident for all to see.  She has been so determined to be a successful club player, holding her own in the company of anyone.  She has a fantastic 2007 scoring the top score of the year (&*) for U-13 A team, making over 250 runs in the season and moving from the Essex County U-14 to the Essex Girls Elite Squad.  Rebecca has also been working towards achieving the first stages of coaching qualifications.  Her commitment to Bentley C.C. is total and she is fully deserving of her Award this evening.

Nov-05 Luke Wilding Luke is a product  of our Club commitment to youth.   From 10 years of age he has positively approached practice being an early winner of one of the Clubs “Jack Petchey” coaching awards.  As a result he has progressed through all the age groups to being an important member of our Adult sides.  Well Done on achieving this award.
Oct-05 Chris Churchill Chris's award is for dedication to Bentley Cricket.  From the age of 10 Chris has always tried his hardest whenever he has represented the Club, and since being involved in adult cricket has reflected in his approach the Clubs mission statement in terms of enjoyment and desire to improve.
Sep-05 Joe Wilson Joe's award is for personal achievement.  Joe always works at his game and having broken into the Club 1st XI returned the amazing analysis of 6 wickets for 8 runs against Pegasus & Corringham - an outstanding achievement.
Aug-05 Jack Woodrow Jack's award is for commitment to the U-10/11 colts cricket coaches on a Friday throughout 2005.  His work has proved invaluable to coaches in assisting them to focus on skill development.
Jul-05 Tom Stimpson Tom's award is also for service to U-13 cricket.  Like Stephen he has assisted coaches consistently with a real desire to help and encourage others.
Jun-05 Stephen Pagett Stephen's award is for service to U-13 cricket.  Stephen has been a consistent and outstanding help to coaches at U-13 level throughout 2005 quietly ensuring equipment and layouts are available whilst coaches concentrate on techniques.  Thanks you Stephen.
May-05 Phillip Coleman Phillip's award is for personal achievement.  He scored 93* in a 20 over match at Billericay for the U-13 section - 2 years older than himself.  It was an innings of great quality and maturity for his age batting the full 20 overs.
Apr-05 Mark Woodrow Mark's award is for the commitment shown to support coaches in the winter net programme.  Since receiving the award Mark has continued to support the U-11 colts section on a Friday throughout 2005.
Mar-05 Michael Geggus Michael's award is for commitment to supporting coaches in the winter net programme, and leadership in Colts U-15 & Colts U-16 sections.
Feb-05 Stuart Doncaster Stuart's award is for the commitment shown to support coaches at the winter net programme.  He has since receiving the award supported the U-11 coaches throughout 2005.
Jan-05 Matthew Coleman Matthew's award is for the commitment shown by him in supporting coaches at U-11 level in 2004.  He has since receiving the award supported the winter net programme and throughout 2005 the U-11 colts.
Dec-04 Tom Poole Tom's award is for outstanding personal performances at both colts and adult cricket throughout 2004.  Since receiving the award Tom has broken into Club 1st XI contention on a regular basis.
Nov-04 Chris Pether Chris's award is a similar award for the high quality of encouragement and support he showed as a Sunday 2nd XI Captain in 2004 prior to moving to University in 2005.
Oct-04 James Green James achieved his award for the quality of encouragement and support he showed as 3rd XI Captain in 2004, to the many young players introduced to adult cricket during the season.
Sep-04 Laurence Pulford Laurence's award is for his dedication and commitment to the Colts U-10 section.  This has resulted in many young people recognising cricket as a major hobby / interest.  Laurence also has given great service to the Club through Club committees.
Aug-04 Ryan Gregory Ryan's award is for outstanding personal performances at both colts and adult cricket throughout 2004.  Ryan also very successfully led the U-16 Colts section.  Since receiving the award Ryan has established himself in the Club 1st XI.
Jul-04 Mark Windley Mark makes an outstanding contribution to the life of the Club, both as an U-10 coach and in the development of young players in our Sunday sides.  Since receiving the award Mark has also developed the Club website as a major communication tool between members and the wider community. 
Jun-04 Richard Dines Richard was always available to assist our main U-10 coaches throughout 2003 and 2004.  His cheerful enthusiasm was enjoyed by all.
May-04 Damian Larrett Damian's award was for work at U-9 level for year 2003 / 2004.  Introducing the game with the correct balance of fun and skill application.
Apr-04 Stephen Coleman Stephen's award was for outstanding contribution to Colts cricket at U-11.  He coaches at this level with great dedication and success.
Mar-04 Hannah Courtnell Hannah's award was for the outstanding achievement of being selected for Essex U-11 Girls team - the first girl from Bentley to do so.  Since her award she has continued to develop her abilities representing Essex throughout 2005 and opening the bowling for the Colts U-13 side
